2. Tournament

All tournament registrations are subject to availability.

Entry is only confirmed upon successful payment (if applicable).

OBSA reserves the right to accept or decline any registration.
3. Payments

All fees must be paid in full before participation.

Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by OBSA.

Additional transaction or processing fees may apply.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

No refunds will be issued for player withdrawal or no-show.

If a tournament is cancelled or rescheduled, OBSA will provide updates and options where applicable.
5. Player Conduct

All participants must behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.

OBSA reserves the right to disqualify or remove any player for misconduct without refund.
